Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and personable Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. As a Server at Xcalibur Entertainment, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive top-notch service, from greeting and seating to taking orders and delivering food and beverages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously.
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Accurately take and process food and drink orders.
• Ensure timely and efficient service, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Prepare and serve beverages and appetizers as requested.
• Address and resolve any guest concerns or complaints in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and glassware.
• Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines.
• Upsell and cross-sell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase revenue.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of dining areas as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for providing exceptional service.

Physical Requirements:
