Xcalibur Entertainment is seeking a passionate and dedicated League and Youth Coordinator to lead the development and management of bowling leagues and youth programs for the 2025/2026 season and years 2027 and 2028. This exciting opportunity offers a chance to make a lasting impact on the community while growing Xcalibur’s league participation and creating memorable experiences for participants of all ages.

Key Responsibilities:

• League Development:
  • Plan, coordinate, and grow a variety of bowling leagues, including:
  • Sanctioned leagues
  • Senior afternoon leagues
  • Fun-time Friday and Saturday night leagues
  • 3- to 5-person leagues
  • Scratch sanctioned leagues
  • Sunday afternoon youth leagues
  • Collaborate with management to strategize league schedules and formats.
  • Recruit and support league team leaders for smooth operation.
  • Encourage participation by promoting leagues to community members and groups.
• Youth Program Development:
  • Design and implement programs tailored for youth bowlers.
  • Foster an inclusive and supportive environment for skill-building and fun.
  • Partner with parents, schools, and community organizations to increase engagement.
• •Tournament Management:
  • Assist in planning, promoting, and managing tournaments at Xcalibur.
  • Ensure efficient tournament operations, including participant registration, schedule coordination, and event execution.
• Community Engagement:
  • Act as an ambassador for Xcalibur Entertainment, building relationships with bowlers, families, and the broader community.
  • Propose creative ideas to enhance participation and drive engagement.

Qualifications:

• Passion for bowling and community-building.
• Proven organizational and leadership skills.
• Experience coordinating events, leagues, or recreational activities (preferred but not required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to collaborate with management and team leaders.
• Ability to manage schedules and adapt to a dynamic work environment.

Compensation:

• A percentage of the lineage for each league during the first three years of operation.
• Additional compensation based on tournament lineage.
