Customer Builder and Employee Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  1. Teach our Employees on Greeting customers and assist customers on game selection (bowling and arcade), purchases, and inquiries.
  2. Enforce arcade rules and policies to ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for all guests.
  3. Provide instruction and assistance to guests on how to play games and redeem tickets.
  4. Handle customer concerns or complaints promptly and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  5. Promote arcade specials, events, and promotions to increase guest participation and revenue.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service throughout the venue.

Requirements:

  1. Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail, hospitality, or entertainment setting.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
  4. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  5. Enthusiasm with working with customers and employees and teaching.
